About
With 30 years’ experience advising major global organisations on workplace strategy, I bring deep, practical understanding of how workplace and design teams operate, the decisions they need to make, and the complex ideas they need to communicate to clients and senior stakeholders.
I now combine that expertise with AI to create SpaceEQ, a set of tools that make workplace strategy faster, clearer and more scalable. That might mean turning complex analysis into an intuitive dashboard, creating interactive tools that help clients understand different workplace scenarios, or automating parts of the strategist’s workflow so experts can spend more time on judgement, insight and client engagement.
The difference is that these tools are not being built by a technologist trying to understand workplace strategy. They are designed by an experienced workplace strategist who understands the problem first, and can then use AI to translate that expertise into practical, highly functional tools built around the way practitioners and their clients actually work.
